The report acknowledges that within each vegetable oil system, there are both good and bad actors and outcomes, and urges for a nuanced perspective. A systemic approach is recommended to effectively address various challenges. The intended audience of this report includes governments, traders, farmers associations, and processors, who all play a crucial role in the realisation of sustainable oil systems.
